Since the company commenced operation in 1979, SKB has been instrumental in many FIRSTs' in the industry and continue to press on innovating and constantly improving. The company: -
- Boost the sales of new projects by the developers since 1987
- First real estate agency to develop the 'salesmaster programme' for project marketing for Property Developers in Malaysia
- The FIRST real estate agency to adopt the 'open house' concept

- Sold 1,500 units of Vista Komanwel condominium in Bukit Jalil
- Sale of 600 units of Ridzuan Condominium in Sri Subang
- Sale of 120 units of Kayangan Apartments in Bandar Sri Subang
- Sale of 220 units of Desa Seri Puteri Apartments in Bukit Jalil
- Sale of 250 units of Puchong Intan Apartments in Puchong
- Involved in a lot more developer's projects in Klang Valley area
- The 1st and only Real Estate Agency to organise mega property expo under the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) since 1999.

- SKB bags awards for excellence in performance given by Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd (Danaharta) for it's Sale by Property Tender Exercises
- Organised the first Malaysian Property Exhibition in Bahrain, GCC in May 2004
- Formation of Strategic Partnership with Propnex, the Singapore largest Real Estate Organisation
- Signing of corporate agreement with Propnex to organise HOC in 2004
