2.    The Interview

After checking out the availability of positions in the company, contact the office to set up an interview. It is prudent to dress accordingly and be on time. 3.    The Training

These training will cover the basic of starting a career as real estate agent. What is included in this module are the steps of real estate agency practice starting from prospecting until closing of the deal. You will also learn the basic of real estate law. 4.  Starting Your Career

After the training is concluded you will acquire the foundation of real estate knowledge in your hand. The next step is to start honing your skill as a negotiator. This can only be achieved by having on-job training. Sales manager will assist the new negotiator in the process of conducting business. Once you've started, work hard and learn as you go.
