Company Roots

We trace our earliest roots to a small setup company of only 3 personnel in 1979. In the capable hands of our then CEO, Mr. Charlie Chan, he has successfully propelled the growth of S. K. Brothers Realty into a household brand that symbolizes both professional and trustworthy real estate services.

Our passion to achieve results that exceed expectations, our own and those of others resulted in many innovations or FIRSTS throughout our years of business. One of the hallmarks of our many achievements is the Salesmasters Programme, which is our proven training methodology for training professional sales staff.

We have also created many marketing tools that have effectively assisted housing developers to sell their new developments. From pre-launch activities, advertising campaigns, direct mail management to show house administration, we continuously assess, plan, implement and review our marketing programme in the goal of achieving top results.

In keeping up with the trends in the industry, we invested in the Information Technology (IT) support within S. K. Brothers Realty firstly through the computerization of information and databases to the launching of our very own website, www.skbrothers.com, tailor-made for us to provide the best possible service to our clients and customers. This is the system used in linking our offices and salespeople together, connected in real time in the sharing of information in the fastest possible way.

The Future

With the leadership role of the company now helmed by Ms. Chan Ai Cheng, we will be heading into a brand new and exciting direction. The company will continue to innovate further by expanding its wings to greater heights whilst keeping its roots firmly on the traditional values of the Company.

Mr. Charlie Chan will still continue his active part in this company in an advisory role.
